# Partner Payment T\&C

**What is the procedure for the DIY Partner Payments?**

As per adgebra terms and conditions, please find below the guidelines for submitting invoices for the services rendered:

Submission Deadline: DIY Partners are required to submit their invoices by the 7th of the subsequent month when the billing amount i.e diy partner revenue reaches a minimum of **$100**.

Recipient Email Addresses: Invoices should be sent to the following email addresses:\
Finance Department: <finance@inuxu.media>\
Publisher Relations: <pub@inuxu.media>

Invoice Content: DIY Partners must include the following details in their invoices:

* Always test the placement of the codes to ensure they are working correctly and not causing any\
  layout issues on your site.
* Adherence to any additional instructions provided by Adgebra for optimal integration and\
  performance is recommended.

**Payment Terms:** Invoices will be processed for payment within **60 days** from the date of reception, subject to collections from Inuxu clients/advertisers.

**Tax Deduction:** Inuxu reserves the right to deduct the required TDS (Tax Deduction at Source), Withholding Tax, or any other applicable tax as per prevailing Government norms.

**Currency Restrictions**: All payments will be made in INR (Indian Rupees) or USD (United States Dollars) only. Please ensure compliance with the above guidelines to facilitate the timely processing of your invoices and payments. **Where adgebra partner can see their revenue?**

> The revenue details can be accessed through our real-time reports in the Adgebra dashboard via the reports screen. This provides DIY Partners with convenient access to track their earnings and performance metrics efficiently. Having real-time reporting capabilities enhances transparency and enables partners to make data-driven decisions to optimize their ad strategy and maximize revenue generation.
