Campaign is not delivering

  1. Account Verification

    1. Check Account Status

  2. Ensure the account is active.

    1. Check Wallet Balance in case of (DIY Only)

    2. Confirm there is sufficient wallet balance in the account available to there is not impact in delivery.

  3. Advertiser (Brand) Verification

    1. Check Band Status

    2. Verify the (Brand) under the account is active.

  4. Campaign Verification

    1. Check Campaign Status

    2. Ensure the campaign is active.

    3. Check Creative and Ad Copy

    4. Confirm there is at least one active creative and one active ad copy.

  5. Flight Dates Verification

    1. Check Active Flight Dates

    2. Ensure the campaign's start and end dates are currently live.

  6. Targeting Verification

    1. If the campaign is audience-targeted, check if we have enough audience data for the segment in the past 15-30 days.

    2. Check the geo excluded and sites targeted are relevant to geo. Ex: Marathi Sites are targeted and geo-targeted are only Tamil Nadu. Here there will probably be less delivery.

    3. Check if there is any language targeted in a campaign which is doesnt not have any relevant ad copy i.e site language targeted is English and the assigned creatives/ad copy is in the Marathi language headline.

  7. Placement Analysis Report

    1. Run the Placement Analysis Report from the campaign view screen.

    2. Generate a report for the particular campaign to check for any delivered impressions are there on which sites.

  8. Impressions Analysis

    1. Check Impressions Delivery

    2. If no impressions have been delivered since the campaign became active (1-2 hours), proceed to the next steps.

  9. Publisher Blocking Check

    1. Check for Publisher Blocking with the publisher team. There might be some cases where publishers won't allow certain categories of brands not to serve on sites.

    2. Search the placement ID in the placement analysis report to see if your brand or its segments are blocked from the publisher's end.

  10. Placement Blocking Analysis

    1. If the targeted site is blocked, coordinate with the publisher team or change the brand segment.

    2. If there is no blocking for the targeted site, follow the next step.

  11. Placement Report

    1. Run a report for that placement to see if there is any delivery for that placement . Verify if there has been delivery in the past for that particular site.

    2. Check which campaigns have been delivered in the past and their bid prices.

  12. Adjust Bid Price

    1. Increase Bid Price

    2. If past campaigns had higher bid prices, increase your campaign's bid price by a few cents (¢) and monitor if the delivery starts.

  13. Escalation

    1. Raise with the Product Team

    2. If the campaign still does not deliver after increasing the bid price, escalate the issue to the product team.
