    2. Ensure the campaign is still active.

    3. Check Creative and Ad Copy

    4. Confirm there is at least one active creative and one active ad copy.

  5. Flight Dates Verification

    1. Check Active Flight Dates

    2. Ensure the campaign's start and end dates are currently live.

  6. Budget and Spend Check

    1. Check Budget Utilization in the past and current.

    2. Ensure the campaign has not exhausted its overall budget.

    3. Check the Daily/Total spending of the campaign.

    4. Verify if there are any spend limits (daily/total) that have been reached.

  7. Detail Analysis Report

    1. Run detailed analysis Report by placement.

    2. Generate a report to check the historical and current impressions, clicks, and conversions.

    3. Compare the performance over time to identify when the delivery drop occurred.

    4. Run trend analysis report to see when the delivery has been effected.

  8. Targeting Verification

    1. Check Targeting Settings-related changes that affected the addition of audience/intent/keywords/retargeting-related strategies to the campaign.

    2. Ensure there were no changes to the targeting settings that might have restricted the audience reach (e.g., geo-targeting, demographics, interests).

  9. Bid Price Analysis

    1. Review the Bid Price of the site which was delivered for the campaign in the past.

    2. Compare the current bid price with historical data.

    3. Ensure the bid price is competitive compared to similar campaigns.

  10. Publisher and Inventory Check

    1. Check Publisher Blocking.

    2. Verify if the brand or its segments are being blocked by any publishers.

    3. Inventory Availability, there might be a possibility that the publisher might have paused the tags and impacted in overall campaign by not delivering on that site.

    4. Confirm if there is enough inventory available for the targeted sites and audience.

  11. Competitor Analysis

    1. Analyze Competitor Activity

    2. Check if new campaigns have entered the auction or increased their bids, affecting your campaign’s delivery.

  12. Escalation

    1. Raise with the Product Team

    2. If all the above checks are in place and the campaign still isn't delivering, escalate the issue to the support or product team for further investigation.
