This guide provides step-by-step instructions for translators using the Adgebra platform to manage translation requests, track their progress, and make edits to completed translations. Each section explains how to access and use the platform's features effectively.
Login Page: Go to .
Login Credentials: Enter your Email and Password.
Accessing the Dashboard: After successful login, you’ll be directed to the Dashboard, which provides an overview of your recent translation activity and performance metrics.
The Dashboard provides key metrics and insights about your translation work.
Total Requests: Displays the total number of translation requests you have received.
Translated: Shows the count of completed translations.
Revenue: Displays the revenue earned from your completed translations.
Trend Analysis and Translation Analysis: These graphs show trends over time for translation activity and revenue.
Date Filter: By default, the dashboard displays data for the last 7 days. You can adjust the date range to view metrics for specific time periods.
Tip: Use the date filter to track your performance over longer periods or examine specific time frames.
The Translation Summary Report provides insights into translations completed for various ad copies, helping users review the number of translations and associated details for each account, brand, and campaign.
This report includes multiple filtering fields that allow users to view data specific to their needs, such as account, brand, campaign, and more. Each field provides different filtering options to narrow down the data and enhance the report’s relevance.
The translation interface includes Reports sections, each with specific functionality to support your work.
This section explains the workflow for managing translation requests and completed translations.
On the left panel you will be able to see the translator option, here in this field you will be able to translate the headline as per the language assigned to your role.

This tab lists all pending translations that need to be completed. A red bubble next to the tab title displays the count of pending tasks.
Pending Translations Queue: Each entry in the queue represents a translation request. You can view details and perform actions as described below.
Actions Available in the Requested Tab:
Landing Page URL: Click this link to open the landing page for the creative associated with the translation request. This is useful for understanding the context of the headline or creative content.
Translation Headline Field: Enter the translated text for the requested headline. This field should be completed in the language assigned to your role.
Submit Button: This button is activated after you’ve entered text in the Translation Headline field.
Once submitted, the headline is marked as translated.
The translation is added to the Translated tab.
A success popup confirms completion, and the next item in the queue appears.
Skip Button: Use this button if a translation request is incorrect, already translated, or cannot be completed for any other reason.
When skipping, select a reason from the dropdown or provide a custom comment if needed.
Preview Feature: As you type your translation in the Translation Headline Field, a preview of the creative with your translation appears on the right side of the screen. This allows you to see how the headline will look within the creative context.

This tab shows all translations you have completed, with the total count indicated in a red bubble. You can filter the list by date to view specific translations.
Data Fields:
Translated Headline: Displays the headline text that you translated.
Translated Time: This shows the date and time you submitted the translation.
Requested Time: Displays the original request date and time.
Time Difference: Indicates the time taken from request to translation completion.
Actions:
Edit: If you need to make changes to a completed translation, click the Edit action next to the translation. This opens a popup window where you can update the headline text.
Submit the revised translation to finalize changes.
Tip: Use the Edit feature to keep translations accurate and relevant, especially if there are changes in the campaign or creative requirements.
FAQs and Help Center: Located in the main navigation, providing access to a library of frequently asked questions and support resources.
User Profile: Access your profile to log out of the platform. This option is available in the main interface under the user profile menu.
Dashboard: Provides an overview of your activity and performance metrics.
Reports: Shows detailed metrics, available after translation work has begun.
Translator Section: The main workspace for managing translation requests and completed translations.
Requested Tab: Lists pending translations with options to submit, skip, and preview translations.
Translated Tab: Displays completed translations with options to filter by date and edit if necessary.
